StudioHub is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with our website, marketing and client management. We are located at Rahu tn 40-58, 20604, Estonia and reachable at info@studiocenter.online. For audience and other personal data processed through our hub platform on behalf of clients, we act as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement with each client.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act (Isikuandmete kaitse seadus).

We do not sell personal data. We may share with: service providers (hosting, payments, CRM, IT support) under data processing agreements; professional advisors under confidentiality obligations; and legal or regulatory authorities as required by law.
We keep personal data within the EEA. Where transfers outside the EEA are required, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other GDPR Chapter V safeguards.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
